Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • During promotions or high-demand periods, processing may take 3–5 business days
  • Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times:

  • 🇺🇸 United States: 5–10 business days
  • 🇨🇦 Canada: 6–12 business days
  • 🌍 International: 7–15 business days

Remote locations may take up to 30 days.

Tracking Information

  • All orders include tracking
  • Tracking details will be sent once your order ships
  • Please allow 2–5 days for tracking updates to appear

Delays Disclaimer

There may be delays due to factors beyond our control, including:

  • Weather conditions
  • Holidays
  • Customs processing
  • Carrier delays

Movlair does not guarantee exact delivery dates.


Lost, Stolen, or Delivered Packages (IMPORTANT)

Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, it is considered successfully delivered.

Movlair is not responsible for:

  • Lost or stolen packages after delivery
  • Mis-delivery by the shipping carrier
  • Failed delivery attempts

If your package shows delivered but you did not receive it:

  1. Check with neighbors or household members
  2. Check with building management or mailbox area
  3. Contact your local carrier for detailed delivery information

We will assist where possible, but responsibility lies with the carrier.


Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect address is provided:

  • We are not responsible for delivery issues
  • Contact us immediately at support@movlair.com if you notice an error

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

Contact us within 48 hours at:

  • Photos of the issue

We will resolve the issue promptly.


Split Shipments

Orders may arrive in multiple packages due to fulfillment from different warehouses.


High-Risk Orders & Verification

To prevent fraud, some orders may be flagged for verification.

  • We may request additional information via email or SMS
  • Orders will not be shipped until verification is completed

Failure to respond may result in:

  • Order delays
  • Order cancellation

Chargebacks & Disputes (IMPORTANT)

By placing an order, you agree:

  • To contact us first at support@movlair.com for any issue
  • Not to initiate chargebacks without attempting resolution

Chargebacks related to:

  • Shipping delays
  • Customs fees
  • Pending verification

will be disputed with supporting evidence.


Customs, Duties & International Orders

For international orders:

  • Customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees
  • Movlair is not responsible for delays or issues caused by customs

By ordering, you agree to these terms.


Shipping Responsibility Disclaimer

Shipping is a service provided by third-party carriers.

Movlair is not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays
  • Lost or damaged shipments in transit
  • Delivery errors by the carrier

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase
  • A $5 cancellation fee may apply to cover payment processing costs

After this period, orders cannot be cancelled.


COVID-19 / Global Delay Notice

Delays may occur due to global logistics disruptions.

Shipping delays caused by these factors are outside our control and are not valid reasons for refunds or chargebacks.
