Return & Refund Policy – Movlair

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be in the same condition that you received it
  • Unused, unworn, and in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.


Return Shipping

  • 🇺🇸 Free returns for USA orders
  • 🌍 International orders: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you via email regarding approval or rejection
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days (may take longer depending on your bank)

Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement
  • After 24 hours, orders are processed and cannot be guaranteed for cancellation

In special cases where cancellation is still possible, a $20 courier cancellation fee may apply.

Once the item is delivered, you can request a return following our return policy.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card provider (processing time may vary)
  3. Contact your bank

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift:

  • You’ll receive a gift credit once the return is received

If the item was not marked as a gift:

  • The refund will be issued to the original purchaser

Additional Notes

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns outside the USA
  • We are not responsible for returns lost in transit
  • Delivery times for exchanged items may vary depending on location
